Nigel Robinson has extensive experience specialising in the hospitality industry covering fine dining, boutique & 5-star international hotels, branded & privately-owned restaurants. He has developed a passion for food and travel and, combining the two, he has spent the last 35 years eating his way around the world. His mission now is to create one-of-a-kind experiences for food lovers who want to see the world a little differently.
Nigel has been to all of our destinations in person, carefully creating itineraries which allow you to sample both a region’s most refined cuisine, and its most rustic traditions, giving you a genuine feel for the region as an invited guest and not just a tourist.
